After 10 years photographing weddings, I'm offering exclusively pop up weddings. These events feel more like an intimate party and can take place on a mountaintop, scenic lookout, art gallery or a historic barn in a state park. I've spent the past five years helping plan these intimate, often adventurous, events.

MY STYLE & APPROACH

I love to tell stories and my goal during each wedding day is to tell your unique story. I look to capture emotions and interactions while being mindful of the fact that it is YOUR day. I photograph most weddings with a combination of digital and film cameras and have wide experience in a variety of settings. I've even gone waist deep in a snow bank to get a shot.

What makes your work different from other wedding photographers I'm considering?

ANSWER

My images are the result of taking the time to get to know you and your fiancé. I offer discounts for my wedding clients on engagement sessions which you time to get to know me as well as get the feel of what a photo shoot is like on a wedding day. Even if we do not have the benefit of an engagement session, I spend a lot of the wedding day observing and waiting for moments. I place a high value on telling your story, all the while taking time to consider the light and artistry of the image.

How are our images delivered to us?

ANSWER

Images are edited and delivered via an online system which will allow you to share and the images. You will rhave the ability to print directly from the website. Parents and grandparents love this flexibility!

Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

ANSWER

I do indeed. I have been lucky to have worked with the very best vendors in the state of Colorado over the course of ten years in the wedding industry.

Do you travel for weddings?

ANSWER

Yes- I love travel weddings. I have limited time slots in order to do so but I would be happy to talk about your wedding day plans anywhere in the world. Send me more information about your wedding day plans and I will tailor a package to suit your needs.

How do we reserve our wedding date?

ANSWER

A 30% deposit and signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. Two weeks prior to your wedding, the remainder of your balance is due.

I regularly submit the weddings I photograph to blogs and magazines. I am proud to have had my work featured in The Knot, CoutureColorado, Rocky Mountain Bride, Zola and Offbeat Bride.

I'm not sure what a pop-up wedding is. Can you please explain it to me?

ANSWER

Over the past ten years, I've photographed many different types of weddings. During this time, I've developed a signature style as well as determining that my sweet spot for an ideal wedding day professionally tends to fall towards either elopements up to a small pop-up wedding. Typically these events are smaller affairs at unique venues that don't necessarily require huge budgets. I've shot them all over the state of Colorado, at scenic overlooks, heritage barn sites in state parks, privately reserved restaurants, art galleries and on mountain tops. The benefit to this sort of event is that the fact that I have accumulated so much knowledge about what makes for a successful event and have two years of formal wedding planning experience with an award winning planner in Colorado. Those weddings usually consisted of 150 or more guests. Considering my experience and knowledge of what makes a great event, I'm starting to transition to offer photography and planning services for a unique wedding experience.
